How do I create a subscription?

When adding the item to your cart, select the option to Subscribe & Save along with your desired delivery frequency. You can also adjust your new subscription settings from within the cart itself during checkout meaning you get to decide how often you would like to receive your order.

What are the benefits of a subscription?

VONA subscriptions are automatic and a great way to save money on the products you use on a daily basis. Once created, your orders will process on the schedule you selected. Every subscription order receives a 20% discount off MSRP. And don’t worry, if the product is on sale at a discount that is greater than 20%, you’ll receive the higher discount for your item.

How do I manage my deliveries?

You may join the program whenever you’d like and leave the program whenever you’d like, without penalty.

Should you need to edit your subscription, all you need to do is log into your VONA account and head to your Subscribe profile to view your subscription(s) and their controls. You can add or remove items from an existing subscription, adjust your order frequency, and change your next order date, just to name a few.

Need to change your shipping address or payment method? You can select from any address or payment method already saved to your account or you can add a new one. Each subscription can have its own shipping address and payment method, so you’re not limited to just one for your orders.

If shipping internationally, the package will always ship with UPS.

How will I know when my subscription order is on its way?

You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile as well.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged automatically on the date the order is processed.

An order just processed that I wasn’t ready for. Can it be canceled?

If the order has already been processed or shipped, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Experience Team, info@myvona.com.

VONA Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and VONA CORP, Inc. and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the myvona.com website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the myvona.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for an VONA subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

Subscription Benefit

The subscription discount is 20% off MSRP of certain products when choosing a recurring rebill frequency, and is outlined on the myvona.com product webpage and in the cart during checkout. Discount applied may change for subscriptions created during disruptive sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Semi-Annual Sale, etc). The subscription discount does not “stack” on top of sale pricing — only the greater discount will apply for a transaction. Subscription product pricing at rebill will apply the standard subscription 20% discount off product MSRP. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply.

Subscription Cancellation

Your VONA subscription will continue until canceled.

Fee and Renewal

Applicable taxes, and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will attempt to honor your preferred shipping method of your VONA subscription, but as necessary, we reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method.

If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.

If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR VONA SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Agreement Changes

Customers with an active VONA subscription will be notified via email at their VONA account email address of any changes to these Terms.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your VONA subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any VONA subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Returns

Because of the legalities and global nature of our business we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact customer service and we’ll do the best we can to accommodate you, info@myvona.com.
